By creating an account or using the ALORPIT Customer App ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
ALORPIT Inc. ("ALORPIT," "we") provides the software that lets you create an account with a specific dry-cleaning or laundry store ("your store"), track orders, earn and view loyalty points, and message store staff. ALORPIT is the technology provider. Your store — a separate, independent business — is the one providing the actual dry-cleaning and laundry services.
New accounts are reviewed by your store before full access (ordering, your personal QR code) unlocks — usually within minutes. A store may decline or deactivate an account at its discretion.
You agree to provide accurate contact information and keep it up to date, so your store can reach you about your orders. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is collected, used, and protected.
Orders, pricing, scheduling, and payment are a transaction between you and your store. ALORPIT is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for order accuracy, garment handling, pricing, or payment disputes — those should be directed to your store.
Whether you receive SMS or email updates is entirely your choice, made in the app. See Privacy Policy, Section 5, for details including how to opt out.
You agree not to: provide false information; attempt to access another customer's account or information; use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose; or interfere with or disrupt the Service.
The Service is provided "as is." We work to keep it available, but it may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
To the extent permitted by law, ALORPIT's liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to direct damages, and ALORPIT is not liable for the acts, omissions, or service quality of your store, which is an independent business.
ALORPIT or your store may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if these terms are violated.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page; continued use of the app after a change means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
