Privacy Policy

1. Who This Covers

This policy explains how ALORPIT Inc. ("ALORPIT," "we") handles personal information collected through the ALORPIT Customer App — the sign-up form, order tracking, loyalty points, and in-app messaging you use to interact with your dry-cleaning store ("your store"). It does not cover your store's own website, point-of-sale system, or any other service.

2. Information We Collect

When you create an account, you (or your store, on your behalf) may provide:

• Name, phone number, and email address
• Street address, city, state, and ZIP code
• Date of birth (optional)
• How you heard about your store, and any notes you leave for them (e.g. garment care preferences)
• Order history, loyalty point balance, and messages you send to or receive from your store
• Whether you've opted in to SMS/email updates (see Section 5)

We also automatically receive standard technical information (like IP address and browser type) whenever you use the app, the same way most websites do.

3. How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used to create and manage your account, track and update your orders, calculate loyalty points, let you message your store, and send you the notifications you've opted into. We do not use it to build a profile of you for our own advertising, and we do not sell it.

4. Who Can See It — Your Store, Not Us

ALORPIT Inc. operates the servers and software behind the app as a service provider to your store — think of us as the technology underneath, not an independent user of your data. Concretely:

• Your account is tied to the one store you registered with. Other stores on ALORPIT software cannot see your information.
• ALORPIT staff do not browse, sell, or use your personal information for our own purposes.
• We share information only with vendors that help us run the service (for example, SMS/email delivery and cloud hosting), and only as needed to deliver it — or when required by law.
• A new account is reviewed by an actual employee at your store before it's approved — that's a person at your store, not ALORPIT.

5. Text Messages & Email

You choose, on your own device, whether to receive order updates, promotions, and offers by SMS and email — this is off by default and your store cannot turn it on for you. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text at any time to opt out; this doesn't affect your ability to use the app or place orders. You can also change this choice any time from your profile in the app.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. How Long We Keep It

We retain your information for as long as your account is active with your store, plus a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping and legal/tax purposes. You can ask your store, or us, to delete your account at any time (see Section 8).

8. Your Choices & Rights

You can update your name, phone, or email any time from your profile in the app. To request a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion, contact your store directly or reach us at contact@alorpit.com — we aim to respond within 45 days. California residents have specific rights under state privacy law (including the right to know, correct, and delete); we don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of on that front.

9. Children's Privacy

The Customer App is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the update.
